Subscription

Shipments & delivery

You receive every sportsperiod 1 box with 20 sachets in total. Automatic payment is every month. You pay shipping costs according the rates of your country:

For all orders under 70 euros we pay 50% of the shipping fees, so that means you got to pay:
-          Engeland –         5,40;
-          France –              5,40;
-          Germany –          4,60;
-          Spain –                4,50.

Payment, Subscription and Consequences of Late Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and direct debet.

All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validity checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In case you have opted for a subscription, Victus Group B.V. will automatically renew your subscription on a monthly / bimonthly or custom sportsperiod, this will be the anniversary date of your initial subscription – as authorised by you during the subscription sign up process.

Payment for each subscription period will be taken ahead of each service period.

Failed subscription payment 

When a payment fails, we will send a reminder to update your payment (method). If payment after the second reminder is not made within the period prescribed therein, Victus Group B.V. reserve the right to terminate the service immediately, without prejudice to the right to compensation and the right to collect arrears and to recover the associated collection costs as well as to charge statutory interest.

How do I login to my subscrition account?

Great question. And the answer is quit simple!

- Click on ‘’My Victus’’. It’s on the right top of your screen.
- Enter the email associated with your subscription and your password to get logged in.

You can easily change the flavor of your monthly subscription by following these steps here:

-          Swap or change products and flavours. You’re in control. 
-          Add them to your subscription and they will be deliverd at the next scheduled date.

I would like to change the frequency of my deliveries.

You can easily change the frequency of deliveries following these steps: 

-          Login at your account at ‘’My Victus’’;
-          Go to ‘’manage subscrition’’;
-          Click on: ‘’frequency, change’’;

Here you will see the amounts you train a week. Increasing this number will shorten the period of time in wich you get your products. Decreasing this number will increase the period of time in wich you get your products. Just change the numbers and see what happens!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Product

Who developed your products?

All our products are produced in collaboration with one of the most renowned universities and knowledge institutions in Europe and the Amsterdam University Medical Centre specialists. Each product contains approximately 2200-2500 research hours and a total of 37 researchers, scientists, master students and a small army of amateur and professional athletes alike. 

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured in the Netherlands. All ingredients are sourced within the EU. Only that way we can ensure the quality we promise.

When & how to use the 01 Before?

Mix one serving of "01 Before" with 400-620 ml of water and take 30-45 minutes before training/race/competition. 

When & how to use 02 During?

That depends on a couple of factors, such as duration, intensity and carbohydrate strategy. Most athletes aim for 60 - 90 g/h, so you have to manage your intake accordingly.  

For sessions shorter than 1 hour, you can take small amounts of carbohydrates, but not necessarily if your glycogen reserves are at normal, healthy levels. 

For sessions between 1 and 2 hours, target 45g (one serving 02 During) of carbohydrates per hour.

For sessions longer than 2 hours, target 90g per hour. That's two servings of 02 During per hour. 

When & how to use 03 After?

This one's easy. You use one serving of our "03 After" within 30 minutes post-workout/race, and you mix it with 400-620 ml of water. 

Does it matter which sport you practice?

All Victus Sports products are complementary to each other and can be used in succession without ingesting too much of a particular active substance. But every sport, duration and intensity requires different nutrients. So we recommend the following:

-          Strength warriors. Considering that strength athletes do not require replenishment of nutrients during exercise. The short duration of the exercise will, most likely, not result in the depletion of any vital nutrients needed to perform. If pre- and post-exercise nutrition is adequate, during-exercise replenishment is not needed for this athlete type. Energy Water and Nutrition Water serve this purpose well.

-          Team warriors. Can benefit from all three products. They require replenishment of nutrients before, during and after exercise. They only have to use one sachet of Endurance Water. 

-          (Ultra) – Endurance warriors. Can benefit from all three products. They require replenishment of nutrients before, during and after exercise. They only have to use two sachet of Endurance Water.

Shipping

Shipments & delivery on a single time purchases

We send the goods that you have ordered through DHL. The place of delivery is deemed to be the shipping/delivery address that you provide in your order.
The Buyer (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the goods are destined.
We aim to process your order within 24 hours and deliver items in stock within 1-3 working days to most addresses.
 
1.       Free shipping on orders over 70 euros.
2.       For all orders under 70 euros we pay 50% of the shipping fees, so that means you got to pay:

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carrier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. Please see Returns Policy for further details.

The consignee (i.s. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required.

Cancellation and Return Policy

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are sent out in error, faulty of miss-described.

You have a legal right to cancel your contract up to 14 days after delivery. To do this please email us or write to us to discuss the matter further. In case of subscription your cancellation needs to be received by us at least five (5) days before the next bill date to prevent being charged for another shipment or 2 shipments 

If in case of cancellation or agreed return, goods are failed to be returned to us, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection.

Due to the nature of our product it must be returned in its original unopened packaging. If the security seal on the product is in anyway broken or tampered with we will not refund the product.

Returns Process

We will refund you, in line with our returns policy, within 14 days of receiving the order in our office, or when proof of return is given, whichever is earliest.

Returning Faulty or Wrong Goods

If you receive your goods and there is a problem please contact us to discuss the matter further.

If the goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time frame of receiving the items then you may reject them and claim a full refund. If the fault is found later on, or if there is a delay in making a complaint, you will still be entitled to a replacement. If a replacement is not available, you may claim a part or full refund for the faulty goods.

Please Note: No claim for faulty goods can be made if any of the following applies – damage caused deliberately or negligence, improper use or careless maintenance, damage caused by not following the care instructions correctly.

In the event that the wrong item/s have been sent to you, we will refund the amount you paid for your purchase, your original shipping costs and any costs incurred on your behalf for the return of the wrong item within 14 days of receiving the product in our office, or when proof of return is given, whichever is earliest.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Victus products we offer you a 30 day return service, free of charge. However all items must be returned to us in mint saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

We will reimburse the amount you paid for your purchase with us as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days after an assessment of the goods returned. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.

We teamed up with Regreener to lower our, and therefore your, carbon footprint! This is how they do it:

Global problem

The current situation is crystal clear: we have been dealing with rising carbon emissions for quite some time. This has resulted in a rise in temperature in a way we have never seen before. We are currently on a path which will lead us past the 1,5°C degree tipping point.

The consequences of this would be paramount: rising water levels, dramatic biodiversity loss, extreme weather conditions. Ultimately this will result in a planet that becomes unliveable for future generations. This is a clear problem that will affect all of us, regardless of  geolocation, as well as future generations. It is time for action.

Solution

This problem has a solution. There’s no magic involved, it’s simple math. However, we need a structural, joint, comprehensive effort from lawmakers, companies and civilians to tackle this problem. We need to do this together.

If we (that’s me, you, your father, grandmother, supermarket, employer and government) have a neutral or positive carbon footprint, we reduce the total amount of CO2 in the air. By doing that, we prevent the earth’s temperature from going past an irreversible tipping point.

There are various ways to do this. For example, trees are very effective in sequestering CO2. Planting trees and preventing deforestation can really make a difference. Amongst many others, making the shift from fossil fuels to green energy is also a game changer.

Their approach 

We need a structural and sustainable effort to help reverse the process that we are currently in. We need to do this together! A growing community of individual contributors and companies will help to solve this problem.

We like to keep it simple. That’s why we focus on CO2 footprint compensation via subscriptions packages, but we also offer the possibility to do a one-time contribution.

The subscriptions form the basis of Regreener, as they give us the most secure outlook and certainty to do what we want to do: regreen the world. It’s also essential that Regreener can grow, so that we can reach more people and companies, thereby offsetting more CO2.

Why we chose to use sachets.

We chose to pack per serving because too many people were not adhering to the prescribed dosage. That dose is important, partly because of the balance between macro and micro nutrients and the amount of each of those nutrients. 
 
The net amount of plastic we now use hardly differs from the large packaging we used before, and is a lot lower than with the jars we used to sell. The mainstream jars that are still sold are made of heavy, hard plastic and takes up a lot of space in the bin, increasing the carbon footprint.


The plastic we now use is completely recycled and is easy to recycle. So it is just a matter of separating the plastic. The box in which the sachets are delivered is a necessary thing to protect the sachets during shipment.

Pricing

We take great care in providing you with the right product information and prices. In the unlikely case that an error in pricing appears in goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible.
 
Victus reserves the right to change the prices of products offered by its service form during the term of service, Victus will inform you of this 14 days in advance. You have the right to cancel your subscription within 10 days of receiving notice, and will not incur any charges for undelivered goods.

Are the products safe to use?

NZVT Certified

Yes, samples from every batch have been, and will be, sent for screening by independent third party laboratories. All Victus group b.v. suppliers are certified according to the international FSSC 22000 standard and do not contain any doping.
 
All Victus Group b.v. products are made from ingredients that are certified as free from gluten and other common allergens.

Are the products only for elite athletes?

No, the products are for everyone – from elite athletes to amateurs. The only thing that you need is that inner warrior.
